Grignard Reagent is an organometallic compound containing magnesium halide, which belongs to nucleophilic reagent due to its negative carbon ion. It was discovered by French chemist Fran & ccedil; OIS Auguste Victor Grignard. There are two kinds of Grignard reagents: 1.
