Hainan Huasheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. 2X260,000 tons/year non-phosgene polycarbonate project (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as "Phase I Project") broke ground in May 2019, and started commissioning and testing at the end of 2021. The first phase of the project mainly uses purchased coastal acetone and phenol as raw materials, and adopts the world's most advanced PC non-phosgene melt transesterification technology. This project is the largest PC unit project in the world, which can effectively fill the domestic demand for PC materials. demand gap. The polycarbonate product produced by the project is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, highly transparent thermoplastic resin with excellent comprehensive properties. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties and can be widely used in electronic information, automobile manufacturing, electrical lighting, medical equipment , aerospace and other major fields of the national economy.

The relevant person in charge of Hainan Huasheng Group said that the first phase of the project will continue to stabilize the operation of the device and improve the product quality this year, and accelerate the construction of the continued project. At present, the second phase of the project has completed the delisting of land and the introduction of patented technology, and is in the process of deepening the preliminary design and carrying out pre-approval work.
