Chemical Marketing North China Helps Customer To Produce The Thinnest Bopp Film In China
Recently, Chemmart North China helped its top three customers in the industry to create 8 micron biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film successfully, filling the gap in the development of similar products in China in terms of light weight.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the printing and packaging market, the consumption of BOPP films has also increased.
The company has been keenly aware of the potential business opportunities in the BOPP industry and has started to conduct a comprehensive review of relevant customers in the region, and selected a strategic customer in Fujian with a high degree of compatibility to carry out trial material promotion work. In response to the customer's needs and the actual production line, the company precisely tailored the "one household, one case" service plan of "piloting a single production line first, then popularising the whole production line" for the customer.
At the same time, the company gave full play to the advantages of the integration mechanism of production, marketing, research and use, and joined hands with the Beihua Institute and Qingdao Refining and Chemical to provide on-site technical guidance in optimising process parameters and improving additive formulations, as well as providing feedback on the trial process and promoting real-time adjustment of product processing parameters by customers.
They also delivered the special ultra-thin high-speed BOPP material to the customer's Fujian base in a timely manner by means of full distribution by sea and land, which strongly guaranteed the supply of raw materials for the customer's production.
After nearly a year of unremitting efforts, the company finally succeeded in producing the thinnest recyclable BOPP film in China, which is only 8 microns thick. The film can be widely used in the outer packaging of cosmetics, agricultural and sideline products, toys and handicrafts.
Compared with the traditional 10-12 micron BOPP film, it has better transparency and more obvious environmental and cost advantages, and has greater market potential under the background of the national plastic restriction policy.
