According to the relevant provisions of the state, the project needs to be funded by users themselves. Considering the lack of funds for the construction of the plant, Benxi power supply company actively seeks nearly 30 million yuan from the provincial company for the construction of the power supply line from a small city to the plant, which solves the power consumption problem for the plant in time. Meanwhile, in order to meet the power demand of the economic development of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County, Benxi power supply company has increased the capacity of 220 kV small city transformer and increased the investment by 100 million yuan A transformer with a capacity of 180000 KVA solves the problem of battery neck in Benxi Manchu Autonomous County. In order to fully develop the rich CALCITE resources, three new calcite processing plants, Baixing, Yili and Changtai, have been built in Shijia District, XIAMATANG Town, Nanfen District, with an expected new power load of 10000 kilowatts. As the relevant departments did not coordinate with Benxi power supply company for power supply before the plant was built, the capacity increase in this area has not been included in this year's power grid construction plan. In order not to affect the production of the enterprise, Benxi power supply company actively strives for policies from the higher authorities and lists the power grid construction in this area as soon as possible into the power grid construction plan.
