Very bad idea to add nitric acid to an alcohol (I assume you mean Ethanol)

Actually this mixture is called Nital and it is used to etch metals.

You could form Ethyl nitrate:

I can’t think of any that do it directly, but if you heat zinc nitrate itself it decomposed (starting around 300degC) to give zinc oxide, nitrogen dioxide and oxygen.
