BEAUVERICIN Use and Manufacturing
Production process of Beauveria bassiana: Slant culture[28℃]→Supplement bottle expansion culture[28℃]→Seed tank culture[28℃]→Reproduction tank culture[28℃]→Ferment tank culture[CaCO3, filler]→ Spray drying→The nutritional requirements of Beauveria bassiana products are mainly carbon and nitrogen sources, and a small amount of trace elements. According to its aerobic characteristics, it is necessary to select raw materials with loose texture and high sugar content to prepare the culture medium, such as rice bran skin, bran, soybean cake, glucose, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc. Beauveria bassiana can grow and reproduce at 5~30℃, with 24~28℃ being the most suitable. Controlling the proper temperature and humidity can also prevent the growth of mixed bacteria.
Toxic depsipeptide with antibiotic and insecticidal effects.
