Direct Blue 78 Use and Manufacturing
Using aniline-2, 5-bissulfonic acid, 1, 7-cliffeic acid, 1-naphtholamine and phenyl J acid (2-phenylamino-8-naphthol-6-sulfonic acid) as raw materials, after 3 times of diazonium Chemical and coupling products. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
It is mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton, viscose and its fabrics. The shade and dyeing performance are similar to the direct light blue RGL, and can be replaced with each other. It can also be used for printing and dyeing nylon and its fabrics, adding cosolvent, and fixing with ammonium tartrate. Dyeing adopts padding method. When cotton, viscose and other fibers are dyed in the same bath, the color of wool and nylon is lighter than that of cotton and viscose, and the silk is lighter. The polyester and acrylic are slightly stained, and the two and three fibers are not stained. Used in the same bath with disperse dyes for dyeing polyester/viscose blended fabrics.
