The product is generally not used in large amounts, and is often prepared into various lakes, such as light fast too red BBN, light fast wire BBS, light fast wire MGP, permanent red F5R, permanent red 2BL, etc. Reaction equation operation process Weigh 66.6kg of sodium salt of diazonium component, dissolve it in 800L water at 70℃, stir overnight, add 20.7kg solution prepared by strict sodium nitrate, and add 500L hydrochloric acid for diazotization reaction. For the first 30 minutes, add ice and keep the temperature at 5-6°C. Weigh 60kg of 2, 3-acid (add 20kg of soda ash) and dissolve it in 200L of 80℃ water, add ice to cool to 2~3℃ before coupling, and add 75kg of sodium carbonate to prepare 10% solution, total volume is 3400L. D Add diazonium liquid at 2~3℃, it takes about 1.5h, the total volume is 7400L, stir overnight, heat to 80℃ the next day, stir and cool to a certain temperature, filter, dry at 50~60℃, yield 140kg.
